Briefing Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Draft pleadings. Draft and answer discovery. Research. MSJ responses and preparing MSJ. Drafting motions in limine, and pre-trial motions. Deposition preparation of clients. Briefing. Evidence organization. Compelling discovery answers. Generally assisting in pre-trial matters. Ensure 100% compliance on grade cards. Ensure ethical and legal obligations of self and subordinates. Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered. Second Chair responsibilities as assigned. Ensure ethical and legal obligations of all subordinates. Additional projects, as assigned. Legal research and analysis. JD degree from an accredited law school required. Admission to the State Bar of Texas and in good standing preferred. Should have 1+ year personal injury experience. Must be knowledgeable of applicable federal and state laws. Must have valid TX driver license and good driving record. Spanish bilingual preferred.
