Plaintiff's Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will be assigned to a team of three attorneys and handle their own caseload of 25-30 cases (primarily wage and hour class actions). Duties involve research and writing, attending hearings, and taking depositions. Strong research and writing skills are required. Litigation experience required. Class action experience required. Must have presence and personality, and either have experience with hearings and depos or a strong desire to do so.
