Associate Attorney The candidate will be accountable for all assigned cases. Client Care: Will provide the two-fold benefit of securing the best outcome for our clients coupled with empathy and care. Organized: Ability to handle a large volume caseload and multi-task. Communication: Exceptional communication and counselling with clients during difficult situations. Ability to deal with highly emotional conversations. Analytical: Ability to analyze and formulate a plan forward for a case. Seeks advice and roundtables with other lawyers as needed. Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. They must also maintain a valid attorney's license in the state of Georgia, South Carolina or Alabama, based on the state you are hired in to represent clients. Prior experience managing personal injury cases as an attorney is preferred.
