Associate Attorney The candidate will review of claim files, analysis of case strategy, preparation of strategy reports. Attend court hearings and depositions. Preparation of litigation pleadings, strategic discovery, and motion practice. Negotiate favorable settlements for clients. Provide tactical feedback to clients in a responsive manner. Should have 2-5 years experience in insurance litigation, preferably First Party Insurance Defense. Must have Admitted to practice in the State of Florida. Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have strong research, communication, and writing skills.
