Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate will work under experienced attorneys. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Maintain close contact with the client. Perform data input and electronic management of files. Should have experience as a paralegal in general liability and experience drafting legal documents. Billing experience is preferred. Should have familiarity with legal research; ability to prioritize and multitask; excellent written and verbal communication skills; outstanding writing skills emphasizing clarity, persuasion, and detail; ability to deliver under time constraints.
