Employment Law and Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate role will be work with potential clients to prepare them for an initial consultation with an attorney. As a secondary role, be able to help with drafting basic estate plans and employment law pleadings and charges. Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and overseeing the client intake process for estate planning and employment law clients; Gather information needed for case review and initial consultations; Regularly meets with attorneys to discuss cases; Entry level paralegal tasks in the areas of estate planning and employment law. Be Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel.
