Paralegal - Litigation The candidate should have 10+ years of experience in plaintiffs personal injury paralegal role, including substantial litigation experience. Great work habits, including strong attention to detail is needed. Excellent communication skills are needed. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills; must be able to maintain a high case volume is needed. Superior computer and software skills (Word and Outlook required; SmartAdvocate a plus). Should have the ability to think clearly and work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with clients and all levels of staff within the office.
