Associate Attorney - Family Law The candidate should have 2 years of family law experience who are looking to join a dynamic law firm where excellence means everything. The position demands a professional appearance and demeanor as this position has high visibility and client contact. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are also required. Should be outgoing and social to really excel since it is a constant flow of cases and matters getting ready and going to trial. There will be opportunities to advance and grow within the firm. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working under strict deadlines and be able to prioritize assignments. Must be professional, prompt and demonstrate attention to detail. Must be a self-starter; willing to seek work as appropriate. Represent clients in Family Law Court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients. Negotiate solutions to legal issues. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Comply with the firm's administrative and management functions. Should be Licensed by the State Bar of Florida. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technological Skills: Proficient using the following software and devises - Apple Computers, Lexis Advance, Practice Panther, Microsoft Word and Excel. Foreign Language: Spanish (Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills is a plus).
