Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of pre-lit personal injury claim including property damage, medical record requests, scheduling of client doctor appointments, client meetings, and insurance letters/ requests. Will have regular and timely communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers. Attend client IME's. Will have the responsibility of performing various office tasks as needed such as scanning, filing, answering phones, etc. Must have 1 year of experience with own transportation to run occasional office errands. Knowledge of legal terminology and principles is needed. Strong computer skills are required. Bilingual Spanish English skills also a plus.
