Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for negotiating; settling cases pre-litigation; drafting complaints and discovery; taking and defending depositions; working with experts and doctors; jury trials. Must be licensed in IN, IL license is a plus; 2+ years experience with pre-litigation settlement. Some experience in all phases of litigation (including drafting and arguing motions, deposition, mediation, trial preparation and trial), preferably plaintiff or defense personal injury.
