Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. # Bilingual Legal Secretary Arango Law is looking for a specialized Legal Secretary to undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent documentation, time management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as office experience and a high school diploma (or Associate's degree). Notary certification and previous legal experience are a plus, as is bilingual Spanish/English fluency. ## Benefits Offered At Arango Law, employees can expect a supportive work environment with competitive benefits, including: - 401K - Medical ## Compensation The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $12 to $18 per hour. ## Responsibilities As a Legal Secretary, you will work under the supervision of an attorney and provide support in assigned legal cases. Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting planning - Supply management - Telephone skills - Verbal and written communication skills - Internal communications - Client relationships - Integrity and discretion - Computer skills, including case management software ## Requirements - High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. - Notary certification a plus. - Previous legal experience a plus. - Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. ## Why Work at Arango Law?
