Seeking Lead Immigration Attorney with experience in Family Based Immigration. Candidate will handle client base is mostly Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese speaking. will be joining current immigration attorney who speaks Spanish and has experience with business immigration. Will work closely with current attorney to expand the immigration department of practice. Must have 2+ years of experience in family immigration and must be barred in at least one state. Must be comfortable with the following types of immigration cases: asylum, removal defense, green card, various visas, adjustment of status etc. Must be willing to work hard and help us build out the immigration department.
