Bilingual Immigration Attorney The candidate must have excellent spoken communication, reading and writing skills in both english and Spanish required. Should have: JD degree; Prior Experience with US Immigration Laws and Agencies; Active Bar license (in good standing) in the USA; Active in bar association(s); Must have minimum 2-years experience with Immigration, specifically T-Visas, VAWA, and U Visas; Responsibilities: Maintain and update cases, correspondences. Coordinate case and legal strategies with Team Members. Prepare and manage various case filings and deadlines. Review, Edit and prepare Briefs, Cover Letters, and Case Filings to USCIS. Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial, AND AGENCY decisions. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect immigration. Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
