Labor & Employment Paralegal Candidates must have experience with domestic and international trademark clearance, including conducting preliminary and comprehensive trademark searches, and prosecution, including the preparation of filings and responding to office actions, portfolio management, and enforcement, as well as experience handling disputes before the TTAB. Experience conducting intellectual property due diligence, preparing licenses and coexistence agreements, or supporting litigation is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess top academic credentials, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and writing skills. We seek candidates that have the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members and to work well with in-house. Excellent candidates in Dallas and Chicago will also be considered as we have brand management teams in those offices. All candidates must be in good standing and admitted to practice law in the State of New York (or Texas or Illinois, as applicable).
