Associate Attorney - Private Equity Real Estate The candidate should have 2-5 years of private equity real estate experience to join our growing firm and sophisticated real estate practice. Strong communication skills are required. Should have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and closing documents. Experience drafting operating agreements and working on private equity structuring and closing mechanics is required. Experience reviewing and resolving title and survey issues is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills are also required. Must be admitted to practice in Florida. Other jurisdiction admissions would be welcomed but are not required.
