Staff Attorney The candidate will be responsible for document review, preparing pleadings and attending hearings to represent clients in bankruptcy, foreclosure and other contested matters. Will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients, opposing parties, and the Court while working independently under minimal supervision. Should have experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or real estate title. Must have proven skills in legal writing, analysis and research. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to exercise independent judgment is required. Must be licensed in Mississippi and admitted to the US District Courts of Mississippi.
