Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will prepare pleadings, discovery, notices, trial documents, and other legal documents for attorneys; Compile, analyze and summarize case materials and prepare case evaluations; Manage large volume of electronic case files to ensure information is organized according to firm standards; File documents with the Court using E-Filing and ECF; File documents and maintain organized electronic and physical files; Be familiar with the State and Federal Court systems; and Complete understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office and Adobe. Should have 3-5 years of experience in working in a litigation firm.
