Corporate Paralegal Candidate will work within Corporate Practice Group assisting attorneys in all phases of the legal process. A Paralegal Certification from an accredited program is desired, but a bachelor s degree and equivalent experience would be considered. Prior experience as a corporate paralegal is preferred. Strong knowledge of document preparation, understanding of state and federal tax forms, business entity reports, and annual minute preparation, desired. Must be highly motivated, well organized, detail oriented, able to work unsupervised, and have excellent computer skills.
