Associate Attorney The candidate will work in foreclosure practice. 1+ year of experience in litigating foreclosure matters in New York and must be comfortable complying with expedited research assignments and drafting motions. Superior research and excellent writing skills required. Extensive motion writing experience, including dispositive motions. Comprehensive knowledge of the CPLR, RPAPL, RPL, and keen understanding of recent case law. A strong presence and experience in making court appearances.
