Seeking Associate Attorney, preferably with experience with handling probate litigation matters and/or family law cases. Candidate will be representing clients in probate litigation matters, reviewing RFOs for filing, reviewing family law forms, meeting with clients, attending court hearings, handling client intake, managing case strategy, working with our team, etc. Must have 1 year of probate litigation and/or family law experience or relevant legal experience; Mandarin-speaker strongly preferred since we service many Chinese clients. Must be proactive, works well both independently and with co-workers, is empathetic towards clients, detail-oriented, a team player, a quick learner and can multi-task.
