Paralegal The candidate will work directly with our attorneys managing client and court calendars, preparing for cases, and maintaining case files in an organized manner. Will manage the collection of client information and supporting documentation. Compile information for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests. Draft documents intended for clients, court, and opposing counsel. Work with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and other case filings. Develop a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed cases. Monitor changes to court filing practices and procedures to ensure firm compliance. Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred. Should have 3+ years working in a law office or the legal field with two or more attorneys. Excellent communication and organization abilities are needed. Comfort with technology and use of cloud based file management is needed. Experience in using legal database software is essential.
