Appellate Attorney Job Description Law Firm is looking for an Appellate Attorney to join our team. The Appellate Attorney will work on a variety of legal matters, including appeals, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior appellate experience, either at a law firm or as a judicial clerk. Responsibilities: * Research and analyze legal issues in appellate cases * Draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and other documents * Represent clients in appellate courts * Prepare for and attend oral arguments * Monitor legal developments and changes in the law * Provide advice and guidance to clients * Work with a team of attorneys and staff to ensure successful resolution of cases Qualifications: * At least two years of prior appellate experience, either at a law firm or as a judicial clerk * Strong writing and research skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Membership in the Florida Bar * Strong academic credentials Salary: Law Firm offers competitive compensation for this position.
