Attorney The candidate will join immigration law firm. Family, deportation, business, consular process and court litigation. The associate attorney will be responsible for preparing petitions and applications for benefits under employment immigration laws and representation of clients before USCIS, ICE, CBP, Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, federal district courts and federal circuit courts of appeal. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration law practice.
