Litigation Attorney The candidate must be competent at all aspects of litigation, including to preparing legal documents, discovery, depositions and court appearances. Should have experience with day-to-day counseling regarding workplace law issues, including but not limited to wage and hour, collective bargaining agreements and workplace accommodations. Admissions to practice in NJ and NY; PA is a plus. Should have 1-3 years and 4-7 years of labor and employment law experience. Ability to work independently on multiple assignments and handle file from opening to closing is required. Must have experience before federal and state courts and agencies; NLRB and EEOC is a plus. Should have knowledge in state and federal regulations, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA and ADA.
