Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the law firm specializing in environmental law and litigation, municipal law, energy law and licensing, land use law and zoning/permitting. Should have 1 year of relevant experience. Rhode Island Bar Admission required. Legal writing and legal research skills required. Experienced in attending hearings required. Experienced in client communications required. Experienced in issuing and responding to discovery required. Experienced in taking and defending depositions required. Experienced in trial assistance required. Massachusetts and/or Connecticut bar admission is a plus.
