Attorney/Lawyer Personal Injury Litigation Candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking/defending liability and expert depositions. Experience with experts in the fields of accident reconstruction, biomechanical engineering, neurosurgeons, treating and expert doctors, life care planners, economists, vocational rehabilitation and more. Will be expected to handle cases throughout all stages of litigation. Will act as second chair and expected to have case presentations ready for trial, handle experts, witnesses, exhibits and technical issues that arise during trial. Qualifications: 1-3 years' Pre-litigation/ litigation experience. Trial experience is preferred. Must have excellent writing skills, be well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to prepare trial motions. Must have experience in Personal Injury Litigation.
