Tax Resolution Cpa, Tax Enrolled Agent, Or Tax Attorney The candidate should be an experienced tax resolution agents. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Should be intimately familiar with: 1) the skills and processes involved in settling clients' tax debts for the lowest amount possible; 2) the laws and ethical guidelines governing the industry; 3) the documentation involved in properly handling clients' accounts. Should be a CPA, Tax Enrolled Agent, or Tax Attorney, or be a tax resolution expert with a working relationship with one of the above three professionals.
