Associate Attorney (General/Family Law) The candidate will be practicing primarily in family law, with overflow in municipal and general litigation. Will interact with clients on a daily basis, draft court documents and correspondence, Case Information Statements, and discovery; as well as motion practice; hearings, mediation, and trials. Should have 1-3 years general practice experience with a strong focus in family law. Clerkship experience is preferred. Should have a desire to learn, the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
