Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney Duties: Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution. Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals. Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports. Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients. Negotiate settlements. Qualifications: Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience. Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product. Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
