Attorney The candidate will join Personal Injury Law Office. Will be responsible for initial pre-filing case work-up under the direction of the supervising attorney. Client meetings. Drafting complaints. Propounding and responding to discovery. Must be experienced with all aspects of litigation secretary. Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing rules and procedures, including extensive experience with all forms of e-filing required. Should have 1+ years experience in personal injury. Must have familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system. Should have satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office. Computer literacy required. Must have working knowledge of case management software.
