Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will handle commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. Understand title reports. Prepare title commitments and final title policies. Review of surveys and preparation of legal descriptions from survey. Prepare closing documents for both sale and loan transactions. Must have 2+ years of experience. Note: This is a temporary position for 8-10 weeks.
