Associate Attorney The candidate will be in charge of reviewing and drafting Revocable/Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, HIPAA documents, and more. Must be Licensed to practice law in California. Should have 2+ years experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration. Probate experience preferred. Must have strong understanding of typical trust provisions with a knowledge of changes in estate tax law. Practical experience in drafting Estate Planning documents required.
