Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have a Bachelor's Degree and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury firm or law firm. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software. Strong computer skills. Ability to speak and write English and Spanish. Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor.
