Litigation Paralegal The candidate will have law firm experience in general personal injury work including client interaction, drafting letters, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery, medical billing and records requests, drafting medical chronologies/summaries, ability to file court documents, ability to cut deposition clips, summarize deposition transcripts, manage courtroom demonstratives and trial notebooks, calendaring, scheduling, etc. Should have 5 years of Paralegal, 3 years of Litigation, and a Paralegal Certificate Strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required. Should preferably have high school or equivalent. Should preferably have 5 years of Microsoft Office.
