Legal Secretary The candidate will perform work, including d to; serving as a receptionist; assisting the attorney and paralegals with the preparation of documents; meeting with clients in person and over the phone; working with other attorneys; and performing clerical/ administrative functions. Will assist the attorneys and paralegals; greet clients; take inbound calls and make outbound calls; schedule appointments; correspond via fax, email, and mail; electronic filing; document preparation; letter writing. Communicate with Attorneys and Coworkers. Communicate with Clients and potential Clients. Communicate with outside parties. The ability to fluently speak and write in English is required. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs. Excellent typing (40 wpm ) and data entry skill is required. Planning skills such as time management to assure all deadlines are met.
