Paralegal The candidate will be engaging clients in a strategic and meaningful way. Making an impact through your communications. Corresponding with clients, courts, opposing counsel, gathering information, and relaying messages to the attorney as needed. Legal Research and writing. Drafting/Signing Legal Documents. Scheduling appointments, client calls and hearings. Prepare pleadings and organizing and maintaining client files. Reviewing and drafting correspondence to and from other attorneys. Discovery overview and analysis. Should preferably have an Associate's degree with specialized Training/Certification, or experience in lieu of. Must have 2 years of Paralegal experience, Family Law preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are needed. Computer skills in Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, and Word are required. Should possess impeccable organization in your day-to-day approach utilizing established tools. Must be proactive, resourceful, and driven with an eye for details. Should have a fast-paced work ethic that empowers you to meet tight deadlines.
