Job Responsibilities: Advise clients on issues related to estate planning and trust administration, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Prepare and review estate planning documents and trust documents. Assist clients with the administration of trusts and estates. Provide guidance to clients on tax issues related to estate planning. Manage a caseload of trust and estate legal matters. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients. Represent clients in court proceedings. Participate in continuing education and training to stay up to date on changes in the law. Job Requirements: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in Connecticut. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of tax laws related to estate planning.
