Attorney (Workers' Compensation) The candidate must have 2 years of experience in all aspects of workers compensation. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and detail-oriented. Current California State Bar License/Membership in good standing are required. 2 years of workers compensation attorney experience are required. Excellent rapport with clients are required. Deposition experience preferred (Applicant and Doctor)are required. Trial experience preferred.
