Attorney The candidate will be responsible for litigation from commencement to trial: client meetings and intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial work. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Should have experience with state litigation. Federal litigation experience preferred. Some employment law experience preferred. Must be licensed with California State Bar.
