Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will be preparing complaints, summonses, and pleadings in County, Circuit, and Federal Court cases. E- Filing of Complaints, Summonses, and pleadings in County, Circuit, and Federal Court cases. Administrative practice and procedure with the Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Florida Condominium, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. Handling E-Service of documents to parties. Scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and meetings. Managing daily/weekly/monthly diary and task calendar for multiple attorneys. Preparing correspondence. High volume document management and control. Maintaining Litigation files. Assisting attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials. Delivering outstanding customer service to clients. Should preferably be a High school graduate or equivalent. Must have 3-5 years of paralegal experience. Community Association experience is preferred. Proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs is needed. Should be a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and have case management skills. Must be professional and courteous interaction with court staff, clients, property managers and opposing counsel. The ability to work closely with others in a team environment is a prerequisite.
