Immigration Attorney Candidate will handle deportation defense, permanent resident cases, naturalization, and consular processing. Will be appearing in court, drafting motions and briefs in support of immigration court litigation as well as meeting with prospective and current clients. Qualifications: JD degree with membership in good standing in the bar of any state and/or the District of Columbia; 2 years of removal defense experience and knowledge of immigration remedies; Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced office environment; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English required. Ability to speak Spanish preferred; Excellent interpersonal skills, including good communication skills, listening skills; patience, a good sense of humor a good attitude, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently and under supervision; and Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
