Associate Attorney The candidate will be involved in preparing for closings, hearings, trials and client meetings, draft contracts, preparing pleadings, and negotiating settlements and agreements. Will assist in fact-checking, making sure that research is relevant to a case and that all the information put together for a case is true. Knowledge of the legal and courtroom proceedings are a must. Experience in business, real estate, trusts, probate and/or family law is preferred. Must have an excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) including a thorough familiarity with MS Office Suite software. Must obtain a bachelor s degree, Juris doctorate and be accepted or are waiting to be accepted by the California State Bar Association. Must have 1+ years of experience.
