Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate must have 3+ years of experience preparing discovery responses, indexing medical records, calculating damages, and answering interrogatories and requests to produce. Should have good written and communication skills and they must be proficient in calendaring depositions, mediation, hearings, court deadlines, etc. Must possess very strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be highly detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision.
