Experienced Immigration Attorney The candidate must be admitted to the N.Y.S. Bar, and have at least 3 years experience with some, or all, of the following: removal defense, cancellation of removal, asylum, family-based immigration, provisional waivers, criminal practice or general courtroom litigation, experience. Must have strong writing skills and experience preparing motions and briefs, preferably for Immigration Court or the Board of Immigration Appeals. Experience in criminal defense, including post-conviction relief, is a plus. Must be a professional, responsible, and detail-oriented attorney who can work independently, as well as part of a team. Must have at least 2-3 years experience representing clients in court, and be a skilled advocate. This is an excellent opportunity with an established and growing firm.
