Associate Labor and Employment attorney The candidate should preferably have 3-4 years' experience and exceptional academic background. Labor and Employment Law experience of 3 years is required. Prior experience representing FLSA Wage and Hour matters, discrimination cases, and/or experience in the Federal sector is a plus. Must be responsible, honest, and trustworthy, and must thrive in an independent environment with minimal oversight. Should be comfortable conducting depositions, engaging in discovery, drafting and opposing Motions for Summary Judgment, and appearing at trial. Must possess a positive and mature attitude, and a drive and ability to handle challenging cases with confidence, zealously representing our clients. Note: Urgently hiring.
