Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working in the financial industries and real estate litigation department. Must have prior experience working with financial institutions in enforcement of loan documents, foreclosure, collection and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and/or bankruptcy courts preferred. Should have specialization banking and financial services, serving clients regionally and nationally. Must be efficient, highly organized and possess strong verbal communication and writing skills.
