Insurance Defense Trial Paralegal Candidate will handle case work up through and including trial. Should possess 3+ years of recent, relevant insurance defense experience and have working knowledge of federal and circuit court procedures. Secretarial duties also required such as scheduling and coordinating depositions and meetings. Qualifications: 3+ years of recent, relevant GL Insurance Defense experience to support attorney.Must be able to multi-task, possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail and must be able to exist in a fast paced work environment. Should also possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience and knowledge of medical issues, terminology and guidelines are required. Must possess strong interpersonal skills and organization. Must be detail orientated, motivated and be able to work independently.
