Corporate Attorney Candidate will handle corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, transactions, antitrust, compliance and physician services. Must have: Bachelor s degree and JD Degree. Admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly). 2 years corporate transactional experience, which includes contract drafting, corporate formation and governance. Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience representing healthcare providers. Securities, antitrust and/or healthcare regulatory experience. Familiar with insurance, accounting or finance.
