Attorney The candidate should have previous experience in, or understanding of, transactional and regulatory law, preferably along with with some kind of corporate experience. Other areas of law or legal expertise, and the ability to think like a business person, are a plus. Duties: Practicing law. Managing team members and delegating work to them. Developing client offerings, including: specification, pricing, marketing (supported by team). Basic financial awareness and light analysis (supported by our team). Client relationship management. Light management of advertising and marketing efforts. Must be able to hit the ground running, taking on as many aspects of the job as their skill set allows, functioning as a true legal generalist. Must be able to operate independently and will be compensated accordingly. A successful candidate could anticipate receiving a significant portion of the reward from their own efforts, generally taking a larger cut than that of a medium or large firm. Must also be admitted to the bar of at least 1 state.
