Trust and Estates Attorney This candidate' will spend at least fifty percent of her or his time on administration matter and the supervision of paralegals in administration. Position offers an outstanding career opportunity for a motivated estates attorney who desires immediate client contact and opportunity to counsel and advise clients on wealth transfer planning strategies and probate administration. Position is in office. Requirements: At least two years of experience in estate planning and administration and related legal services to individuals, charitable organizations and fiduciaries. Should have professional appearance, strong drafting, and clear oral communication. Must have proven project management and professional management skills. Should have Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record. Should have Admission to the South Carolina bar. LLM in taxation or estate planning preferred.
